BOTOX INJECTION 

The botulinum toxin is a molecule capable of relaxing the muscle fibers on which it is applied. In aesthetic medicine it is used to reduce expression lines by applying it with micro needles in precise points along the lines of the face and neck muscles.

The wrinkles that can benefit most from the treatment with Botox are:

• PERIORBITARY (crow's feet), with the possibility of lifting the tail of the eyebrow
• GLABELLARY (between the eyebrows)
• FRONTAL
• PERILABIALS (in association with fillers) and vertical (platysmal) folds in the anterior region of the NECK.

The treatment gives the skin of the treated areas a more compact and fresh appearance, softening facial tensions and relaxing marked lines making them less visible. The face is more rested and attractive.

The session is outpatient, painless and lasts about 20 minutes. The resumption of social and work activities is immediate. The effect of the treatment is established in the course of 5-8 days following application and has a duration strictly correlated to the basic metabolism of the patient between 5 and 9 months.

After a few months, a new session can be carried out or not, as it is not a binding treatment and the patient may prefer not to repeat the application.

Correcting wrinkles with botox is safe and absolutely void of problems that are often described by the media or by gossip.
